Plantar fasciitis often plagues those who are constantly on their feet. Employees such as nurses, doctors, teachers and factory workers suffer from the pain of plantar fasciitis on a daily basis. Those who use their feet constantly or overuse their feet are highly susceptible to plantar fasciitis, an inflammation of the plantar fascia that runs along the bottom of the foot.   3. Lastly, proper stretching can have a huge impact on the prevention of plantar fasciitis. Using specially crafted exercises during the morning, midday and evening, a person can keep their muscles warmed up and ready for increased stress.
